Applicant must be a dependent child of an active duty military member(s) during the time of application in one of the following branches: Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, Navy, and Coast Guard.
Description
The Gilman-McCain scholarship supports child dependents of active duty service members. Students will receive awards of $5,000 to study or intern aboard on credit-bearing programs. The program is open to undergraduate students who are U.S. citizen and who receive any type of Title IV federal financial aid. The program is congressionally funded and an initiative of the Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.
